Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom-made products.
Items damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of rejected refunds, the product will be shipped back to you.
5. How to Request a Return
